- Protects the rights of all individuals from whom the CXI (F) Squadron Association collects data.

- Data is normally collected, via our On line CXI (F) Squadron Association Membership Application.
- CXI (F) Squadron Association does not purchase data, nor does it take data from any public sources (such as telephone books, electoral registers or donation websites).
- CXI (F) Squadron Association collects and retains the following personal data:
- Email addresses for:
- a) communication of information about CXI (F) Squadron Association events.
- b) the sending of periodic CXI (F) Squadron Association newsletters to members.
- Additionally, your Email Address may be used if you are a member of the CXI(F) Squadron Association website members area in the setup process of your personal access to the CXI(F) Squadron Association Website members area.
- Email addresses for:
- Individuals have the right to request the removal of their personal data from the data bases at any time by sending an email to the Data Controller.
- Individuals have a right to lodge a complaint with the relevant local body. For example, in the UK this would be the ICO.
- No personal data is ever shared with other organisations, nor is it bought from or sold to commercial mailing lists.
- On the CXI (F) Squadron Association, any links to external sites are not the responsibility of CXI (F) Squadron Association. Once users click on an external site, they will be subject to the privacy policy of the third-party organisation and not that of R4C.
- Personal data is kept by the Data Controller and is not passed to other members of CXI (F) Squadron Association unless specifically authorised by the Data Controller and for a specific purpose relevant to CXI (F) Squadron Association and their aims and objectives.
- A back-up of all data is kept in a password protected back up, for security.
